Bow Tie Bears

 

Our biggest fundraiser for the year, QUIZ NIGHT, has been held and deemed a great success. We had a full house of 250 people.

 

MDA Clients, MDA Members, MDA Staff, MDA Board Members, Family and Friends joined us, and by doing so ensured we had a successful, fun evening.

 

We raised $5750 in all…which is fantastic (and all profit), as the venue and all the wonderful prizes are donated.

The whole evening is put together and run by the Bow Tie Bear Volunteers Events Committee and the ladies certainly put in a great deal of effort and hard work to get Quiz Night up and running. Thanks to our “extra” Volunteers on the evening…..Andy, Sherry and Camilla.

 

It is all worth it when we raise so much money….WELL DONE Bow Tie Bears !  Money, which we are pleased to say, will directly benefit our clients and members.

 

Thank you to the many generous individuals and businesses who kindly donated everything for the evening. Quite a few of them have been donating for 13 years.

We must have the best array of prizes of any Quiz Night.  Thank you also to Jo and The City of Charles Sturt for the use of their venue, The Woodville Town Hall.
